Description

  • Produce static banners for performance campaigns in social media channels.
  • Adapt creative assets into multiple formats and styles in line with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Handle routine production tasks such as localization, batch production, and exporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director and art director on campaign creative.
  • Work daily with the social media manager to support campaign delivery.
  • Contribute ideas and visual assets for ad campaign concepts.
  • Create advertising materials for high-profile brands in the online trading and crypto industry.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools across the creative pipeline, including LLMs, image generation tools, and AI video tools.
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including social media, SEM, Google Display, and app stores.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A strong creative portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different sizes and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to evaluating creative trends and optimizing banner performance.
  • Experience producing Facebook/Meta ads for complex niche industries such as finance or crypto.
  • Technical knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Instagram ad specs and formats.
  • Good understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Comfort with short-form video editing and motion basics, including CapCut or basic After Effects.
  • Experience with batch production tools such as Bannersnack, Creatopy, or similar.
  • Preferred: 3D software knowledge such as Blender or Maya.
  • Preferred: Creative agency background or experience in a similarly versatile environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Zoom.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in the trading or finance industry.
