Description

  • Set and monitor individual sales targets aligned with regional goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide market trend, sales technique, and product information to support partner growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the partner experience.
  • Analyze performance results, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Engage directly with clients and partners to expand business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of Central Asian financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Uzbek.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
