Description

  • Own end-to-end engagement delivery, including execution of contractual obligations, delivery quality across workstreams, and client experience from kickoff through completion.
  • Co-create delivery approaches with clients by facilitating discovery, value stream mapping, and identification of bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to engagement strategy with account leads, architects, and client stakeholders to align delivery with business outcomes and AI transformation goals.
  • Champion AI-first delivery by integrating AI into engineering workflows, delivery pipelines, and client operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on delivery strategy, organizational change, and best practices while removing impediments to progress.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, manage day-to-day communication, and provide proactive status updates and executive summaries.
  • Operate delivery governance practices such as RAID logs, CSAT/NPS cadences, and engagement health tracking in Liatrio Lens.
  • Validate SOWs, resource forecasts, and invoicing accuracy while identifying expansion opportunities and supporting pre-sales pursuits.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of 4-8 people and support team morale, performance, well-being, and capacity management.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, reviews, and onboarding support for delivery team members and new leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in senior delivery leadership roles on complex enterprise engagements.
  • Proven experience as the accountable delivery leader on large, multi-workstream programs.
  • Experience facilitating discovery sessions and value stream mapping with enterprise clients.
  • Experience leading large enterprise DevOps and technology transformation programs.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, observability, and application development/modernization.
  • Experience championing AI integration into delivery workflows and engineering teams in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to have credible conversations with client leadership about AI-first delivery and required organizational changes.
  • Active use of AI tools as part of day-to-day work, with tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex used by the company.
  • Experience managing the commercial side of engagements, including SOWs, resource forecasting, and invoice accuracy.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.
