Description

Define client requirements and business value; document them in Product Requirements Documents and Statements of Work.
Support the sale and scoping of service-based development engagements.
Build, maintain, and prioritize a ready-to-work product backlog for sprint planning.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, Scrum Masters, and internal stakeholders to deliver product solutions.
Define acceptance criteria and accept completed user stories against the Definition of Done.
Participate in release, product increment, and Program Increment planning; track and communicate progress toward objectives.
Contribute to the product roadmap and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team.
Prioritize customer-reported defects, deficiencies, and enhancements.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Prepare release documentation and product collateral, review user and technical guides, and represent the voice of the customer.

Requirements

Reside in Mexico or the surrounding metropolitan area.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment.
Understanding of Agile product management principles and Scrum.
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
CSPO certification or equivalent practical experience.
Working knowledge of SQL and APIs.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Figma Make to create product artifacts.
Business or technical degree.
Experience as an Agile Product Owner in professional services, WealthTech, FinTech, or enterprise software is preferred.
