Description

  • Support Conveyancing Case Handlers with the administration of residential property transactions.
  • Communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to keep cases progressing.
  • Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and prepare conveyancing documentation.
  • Manage task lists and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Update the case management system with key dates and case information.
  • Prepare files for exchange, completion and closure.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the transaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in a front-facing conveyancing support or legal administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communication skills and excellent customer service ability.
  • Comfortable using case management systems, ideally Redbrick, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal qualification or interest in studying towards CILEX, CLC or an LLB is an advantage but not essential.
  • 12-month fixed-term contract availability.
  • Conveyancing administration experience is preferred.
