Description

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives across multiple accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, content, landing pages, and blog posts for search performance.
  • Run site audits and resolve technical issues affecting site health, speed, indexing, and crawlability.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
  • Manage schema markup and structured data to improve search visibility.
  • Create SEO briefs for copywriters and guide content production.
  • Oversee ethical link-building and monitor backlink profile quality.
  • Prepare monthly reports with rankings, traffic, conversions, and actionable insights.
  • Communicate SEO findings, strategies, and results to clients and manage expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven SEO experience in a marketing agency environment.
  • Experience working with healthcare or aesthetics clients.
  • Strong expertise in local SEO.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
