Description

Build, maintain, and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial models and forecasts.
Track actual performance against forecasts across revenue, spending, and cash flow.
Identify financial gaps early and recommend actions to keep the business on track.
Own reporting for key metrics such as revenue, contribution margin, and cash position.
Monitor daily and weekly sales performance against targets and flag revenue risks.
Collaborate with the growth team on mitigation strategies for revenue shortfalls.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for the external accounting firm for bookkeeping and month-end closes.
Review P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to ensure accurate financials.
Oversee cash flow planning, payment execution, and coordination with operations, internal teams, and vendors.

Requirements

3 to 6 years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, or a closely related role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
Ability to build functional, high-impact financial models.
Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex numerical data into actionable steps for non-finance stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a big-picture mindset.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
Full proficiency in English.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
Previous experience working with external accounting partners is preferred.

Full-time employment.
Salary of ₱70,000 to ₱95,000 per month.
