Description

  • Build, maintain, and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial models and forecasts.
  • Track actual performance against forecasts across revenue, spending, and cash flow.
  • Identify financial gaps early and recommend actions to keep the business on track.
  • Own reporting for key metrics such as revenue, contribution margin, and cash position.
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance against targets and flag revenue risks.
  • Collaborate with the growth team on mitigation strategies for revenue shortfalls.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the external accounting firm for bookkeeping and month-end closes.
  • Review P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to ensure accurate financials.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, payment execution, and coordination with operations, internal teams, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, or a closely related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Ability to build functional, high-impact financial models.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex numerical data into actionable steps for non-finance stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a big-picture mindset.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with external accounting partners is preferred.
