Description

  • Perform detailed invoice audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and established guidelines.
  • Review high-volume transactional data to identify discrepancies, errors, and non-compliant charges.
  • Track, document, and escalate audit findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain audit logs and support ongoing compliance reporting.
  • Analyze, clean, and reconcile large datasets in Excel.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends within transactional data.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple sources and reports.
  • Support forecasting processes using established models and templates.
  • Update and maintain primarily Excel-based financial models.
  • Assist with variance analysis, basic profitability tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency, data workflows, and repeatable processes.
  • Partner with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and communicate findings clearly.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, audit, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH, and data cleaning and structuring.
  • Experience working with large, unorganized datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive analysis with high accuracy.
  • Experience with invoice auditing, compliance checks, or reconciliation work is preferred.
  • Exposure to forecasting or basic FP&A processes is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or another high-volume, operational environment is preferred.
