Description

  • Serve as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert for Customer Delivery and Sales teams.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Translate Level AI’s infrastructure and technology into clear, audience-appropriate explanations for prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Develop tactical solutions for strategic customers to improve their setup and workflows within Level AI.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and engineering teams to build proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate integration value.
  • Support onboarding by managing technical configuration tasks, including telephony and data integrations.
  • Integrate telephony platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, Five9, AWS Connect, or similar systems with Level AI solutions.
  • Implement secure SFTP file transfers and ensure data integrity for customer workflows.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and configure solutions appropriately.
  • Work with sales, product, engineering, and customer support teams to resolve technical issues and address client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role.
  • 1+ years of experience in development, integration engineering, or SaaS/cloud-hosted solutions.
  • Strong technical background with experience working with APIs and cloud services.
  • Experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript for process automation.
  • Experience in Professional Services or Customer Delivery implementing Virtual Agents for enterprise customers.
  • Experience with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable items for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful approach to implementation challenges.
  • Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to new software and customer-specific tools.
  • Comfortable working EST hours (3:30 AM IST).
  • Experience with telephony systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys is preferred.
