Description

  • Define platform-level and product-line positioning across Level AI’s platform and AI core in partnership with Product and executive leadership
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market for product launches, including launch readiness, pricing & packaging, campaign development, internal enablement, and external rollout
  • Develop customer- and prospect-facing content, including emails, blogs, webinar materials, use cases, and customer stories for advocates and channel partners
  • Serve as a Level AI expert and external thought leader communicating customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain the core sales content library (battlecards, decks, one-pagers, objection-handling, demo frameworks) in partnership with Revenue and iterate based on field feedback
  • Manage analyst relationships, including briefings, inquiry preparation, and contributing to major evaluations with Gartner, Forrester, and CX-focused coverage
  • Lead and mentor a small team of individual-contributor PMMs, set direction, maintain quality, and build a repeatable, high-output product marketing function
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure launches, analyst outcomes, and sales artifacts are executed and adopted by the field

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • At least 2 years managing or leading product marketing (PMM) teams
  • Experience marketing complex, technical platforms to enterprise buyers
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a clear point of view on messaging
  • Proven track record of cross-functional influence, including leading launches and building sales artifacts that get used
  • Experience driving analyst outcomes and familiarity with analyst relations mechanics (briefings, RFIs, inquiry strategy) is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in CX, AI, or adjacent categories is a bonus
  • Prior experience in competitive or high-stakes category displacement is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and defining processes while executing
