Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of independent and franchise automotive dealers using floorplan financing solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying dealer financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Analyze dealer performance and usage trends to recommend credit increases, restructuring, or product enhancements.
  • Drive utilization of existing credit lines and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Overcome objections and provide consultative support to dealers facing economic or market challenges.
  • Conduct in-person dealer visits and virtual check-ins to maintain strong, service-oriented relationships.
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams to support dealer onboarding and account management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory impacts, and political or economic shifts affecting dealer operations.
  • Educate, prospect, and support dealership partners with guidance from the floorplan operations team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in the floorplan finance industry, such as inventory financing, dealer lending, or automotive finance.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a highly competitive or economically challenging market.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies in response to economic or political challenges.
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
