Evaluate future wholesale electricity markets and programs for Leap to enter.
Coordinate and lead the cross-functional launch process for selected new markets and programs.
Investigate and synthesize complex electricity market policies and rules.
Communicate key market and policy concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail.
Work cross-functionally to build consensus and jointly launch new market opportunities.
Operate autonomously while coordinating effectively across teams.
Collaborate in a remote, asynchronous environment across time zones.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in wholesale electricity markets, policy, utility demand response programs, new market entry, and/or distributed energy resources.
Ability to investigate and synthesize complicated policies and market rules.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain key concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects effectively.
Experience with North American, Japan, UK, and/or European electricity markets.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
Opportunity-focused and comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment with strong written communication and proactive coordination across time zones.
