Description

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of strategic accounts from onboarding through renewal and beyond.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on firm performance, operational workflows, financial processes, and business objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with firm partners, practice managers, and day-to-day users across multiple levels of each account.
  • Run structured business reviews that connect software usage to each firm’s goals and outcomes.
  • Lead customer adoption initiatives and organizational change efforts across the portfolio.
  • Develop adoption strategies tailored to different user groups, from managing partners to legal assistants.
  • Coordinate with implementation, training, support, and product teams to help legal teams work efficiently.
  • Partner with internal teams to support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain retention and satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and surface opportunities for additional products, services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate renewal risks early, including stakeholder concerns and account health issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with legal accounting, including trust accounting, billing, and law firm financial workflows.
  • Ability to speak credibly with firm bookkeepers and finance staff about accounting and workflow topics.
  • Track record of managing strategic or enterprise accounts and achieving retention targets.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
  • Strong command of adoption and health metrics, with the judgment to know which numbers matter.
  • Clear, warm communication skills in writing, meetings, and difficult conversations.
  • Curiosity about the legal industry; experience in LegalTech or professional services is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain accurate account health assessments and forecasting.
  • Willingness to work with compliance-related organizational security policies and incident management processes.
