Description

  • Lead customer implementations from discovery through go-live, including workflow analysis, solution design, and change management planning.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and optimize cross-functional workflows that improve patient flow and operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute change management strategies with governance teams, executive stakeholders, and other key client partners.
  • Design and deliver training programs that drive product adoption and help frontline teams integrate new workflows into daily operations.
  • Resolve implementation issues by gathering detailed problem context, applying support best practices, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Communicate implementation progress and operational outcomes to client leadership to support strategic decisions and ROI realization.
  • Build trusted relationships with manager and executive stakeholders across customer accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve implementation processes and outcomes.
  • Contribute customer insights to product roadmap discussions.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as case studies and user community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, implementation management, or customer success.
  • 7+ years of experience working on healthcare products or working with hospitals.
  • 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience in process improvement, operations management, or patient flow.
  • Healthcare background in operations management or patient flow.
  • Strong strategic and organizational agility.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence change within complex organizations using data, problem solving, and change management strategies.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Graduate degree such as MHA, MPH, MHSA, MBA, MS, or MSN with a focus in health informatics (preferred).
  • Lean or Six Sigma training using models like A3, DMAIC, or PDCA (preferred).
