Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of inpatient flow customer implementations, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, revenue, and forecast commitments.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a team of delivery professionals including Project Managers, Workflow Specialists, Data, and Configuration resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and define success criteria for implementations and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for clinical, operational, workflow, data design, EHR, workforce management, and integration issues.
  • Partner with Sales on late-stage deals, customer handoffs, scoping, proposal development, and statement of work alignment.
  • Provide strategic oversight across engagements to guide resource planning, delivery standards, and execution approaches.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools to increase quality, scalability, and time-to-value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure seamless transitions and strong customer outcomes.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, utilization, backlog management, and other operational metrics to support predictable revenue realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, or professional services in healthcare environments.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams through growth, change, and ambiguity.
  • Experience successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to manage risk, resolve escalations, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on time-to-value, outcomes, and long-term success.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience using KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to influence change within complex organizations using data, problem solving, and change management strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, or related field is preferred, especially with a focus on healthcare, operations, or strategy.
  • Deep experience in healthcare technology, including EHR/EMR platforms, clinical workflows, or payer/provider systems, is preferred.
  • Experience deploying patient flow and/or workforce management systems in large health system environments is preferred.
  • Background in a top-tier consulting or advisory firm, or leading a professional services function within a SaaS organization, is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence frameworks are preferred.
