Description

  • Create and own a paid social media acquisition strategy for web projects.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising plans, including photo and video content.
  • Build and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify new growth channels and translate social media trends and competitor insights into strategic opportunities.
  • Create and adapt assets for social campaigns to meet platform specifications.
  • Manage relationships with in-house teams and external agencies or partners to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Run continuous A/B tests, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize ad copy for paid social campaigns and collaborate with other marketing specialists to improve app visibility.
  • Define, implement, and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Compile performance reports and analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPI, ROI, LTV, and social media KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in social media advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking platforms; experience with Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other platforms is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
  • Fluent English.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team worker.
