Description

  • Own features end-to-end from idea through production across React frontends, Node.js/Express backends, and PostgreSQL.
  • Build and maintain the core multiplatform document system.
  • Instrument features, measure impact, gather user feedback, and iterate or stop work based on results.
  • Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using modern frameworks and protocols.
  • Integrate LLMs into product features through prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution.
  • Build, maintain, and extend automation pipelines connected to AI agents, external APIs, webhooks, and GCP cloud services.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to shipping product improvements with a strong focus on user value and business impact.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team.
  • Strong Python fluency for rapid prototyping and use of libraries.
  • Deep TypeScript and React proficiency on the frontend, including Hooks, Context API, Vite, and Shadcn UI.
  • Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with AI-native tooling and agentic orchestration patterns.
  • Understanding of MCP and agentic orchestration patterns.
  • Ability to think like a product owner and make business-aware decisions.
  • Strong product taste and judgment for distinguishing good and bad UX.
  • Previous hands-on experience with LLMs in production, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate, or agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI (preferred).
  • Familiarity with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith and cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred).
