Description

  • Build and maintain attribution and tracking systems across web and app environments.
  • Work with GA4, Appsflyer, Adjust, and custom server-side tracking setups.
  • Handle event deduplication, postback routing, conversion events, and parameter consistency.
  • Define, maintain, and enforce tracking schemas and event governance across projects.
  • Develop and extend internal CRM and marketing tooling features and workflows.
  • Build internal UIs and operational tools that help marketing teams work more autonomously.
  • Pipeline campaign and attribution data into warehouses such as BigQuery and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Build and manage server-to-server integrations with ad networks and develop APIs and middleware for event ingestion and delivery.
  • Automate testing and monitoring of tracking and attribution flows, and investigate data discrepancies across systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders to translate business needs into technical implementations.

Requirements

  • Strong backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Experience with APIs, REST, webhooks, and server-to-server integrations.
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, or event-based systems.
  • Experience building or maintaining data pipelines.
  • Ability to work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud environments and serverless architectures.
  • Strong ownership mindset and a proactive approach to improving systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
  • Spanish is nice to have.
  • Experience with the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, especially BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler, and Datastore/Firestore.
  • Experience defining and maintaining tracking schemas or event governance.
  • Experience building or maintaining internal tools, CRMs, or operational dashboards.
  • Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or Astro is nice to have.
  • Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and web performance are nice to have.
  • Experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with ad platform APIs and tracking flows is nice to have.
  • Experience with subscription businesses and tools like RevenueCat is nice to have.
  • Exposure to CDPs, marketing automation, or product analytics tools is nice to have.
