Description

  • Execute and optimize global Google Ads campaigns, including UAC and Web-to-App campaigns, for the apps portfolio.
  • Manage and scale large monthly budgets while optimizing toward pLTV, ROAS, and ARPU.
  • Define and test creative asset mixes across text, image, video, and HTML5 formats to improve acquisition performance.
  • Monitor and improve ad monetization outcomes by managing AdMob campaigns, formats, placements, and hybrid bidding models.
  • Analyze creative performance by format and placement to identify what drives trials, conversions, and high-value users.
  • Run ongoing A/B tests on bidding strategies, including Max Conversion Value and Ad Impression Value.
  • Partner with Creative teams to provide data-driven briefs on winning hooks, formats, and assets for UAC auctions.
  • Track daily campaign performance from install through trial conversion and long-term retention, reporting technical KPIs and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and CRO teams in a cross-channel growth environment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Google UAC and Web-to-App campaigns at scale.
  • Experience managing high-volume paid search budgets, including 8-figure monthly spend.
  • Strong understanding of creative performance for mobile acquisition, including effective banners, videos, and placement-specific assets.
  • Proven experience with AdMob and knowledge of how user acquisition affects ad revenue streams.
  • Analytical ability to interpret complex metrics such as LTV, ROAS, CVR, pLTV, and ARPU and turn them into action.
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust and event mapping.
  • Initiative to propose new strategies and proactively improve performance.
  • Preferred experience in utility or gaming apps with hybrid monetization.
  • Preferred background in subscription-based businesses for web or apps.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Preferred familiarity with keyword research and search intent for Web-to-App campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of hybrid monetization models and mobile ad formats such as Banners, Interstitials, and MRECs.
