Description

  • Design and develop engaging, accessible curriculum including tutorials, workshops, knowledge bases, and office hours on generative AI, prompt engineering, automation use cases, and related tools.
  • Deliver training sessions for both 1-to-many and 1-to-1 formats, adapting communication and content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Run department-specific enablement programs that embed AI tools into workflows based on team pain points and opportunities.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture an internal network of AI Champions to support grassroots adoption and peer support.
  • Capture feedback and insights from training sessions and feed them into the AI enablement strategy and internal roadmaps.
  • Co-host AI inspiration sessions, demos, hands-on labs, and other evangelism activities to promote tool adoption.
  • Support colleagues through a structured enablement journey that balances learning, experimentation, and applied value, and track adoption impact against business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of AI and Enablement Lead to align training efforts with organizational priorities and product/research initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in training, L&D, enablement, or change management—preferably in a fast-paced tech environment or with digital tool training.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build trust with business stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong interest and literacy in artificial intelligence, generative tools, and productivity automation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, image-generation models, Notion AI, N8N, or similar platforms.
  • Empathy-driven approach with experience designing training tied to real-world workflows and user pain points.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to rapid developments in AI and continuously update training materials.
  • Experience delivering workshops and multiday training sessions (preferred).
  • Background in adult learning, instructional design, workshop facilitation, or hands-on familiarity with prompt engineering and no-code AI platforms (preferred).
