Description

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of three PMs and future hires.
  • Own prioritization across growth, retention, and profitability on a shared roadmap.
  • Define the product operating model and how the team works across the organization.
  • Drive strategy for expanding from one profitable vertical into multiple service verticals.
  • Own how AI and agents are incorporated into the product and internal workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, finance, and operations.
  • Make sequencing and tradeoff decisions across customer, Pro, and business needs.
  • Improve the core lawn service while building new service lines such as pool cleaning.
  • Set a clear product direction for an agent-native, multi-service platform.

Requirements

  • AI-native and uses AI every day; strongly interested in agent-driven product experiences.
  • Strong player-coach leadership style that can multiply already-strong PM talent.
  • Systems thinking with an ability to understand second-order effects across a marketplace.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and willingness to say no and kill non-essential work.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with designers, engineers, data, finance, and ops.
  • Highly attentive to scoping and user experience.
  • Comfort staying hands-on in the product work rather than only managing people.
  • Belief that agents are a major platform shift and openness to helping define the playbook.
  • Not a fit for candidates who want a pure people-management, solo-IC, or turnaround role.
