Description

  • Own paid social acquisition strategy and execution for both homeowners and service providers across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage the full funnel, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Build and operate a repeatable testing framework for creative, audience, and funnel experiments.
  • Monitor performance data daily and use unit economics to guide budget, targeting, and optimization decisions.
  • Allocate and adjust spend across geographies, service categories, and seasonal demand shifts.
  • Detect creative fatigue early and rotate assets before performance declines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Paid Acquisition, Product, Design, Analytics, and Sales to support broader growth goals.
  • Brief and direct video creative production with an in-house video editor.
  • Evaluate and help launch additional channels such as streaming and connected TV over time.
  • Build and lead a paid social team as the channel scales.

Requirements

  • Director-level experience owning a channel end-to-end, with the ability to execute directly and build a team later.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience running full-funnel acquisition campaigns, including top-of-funnel, mid-funnel, bottom-funnel, and remarketing.
  • Strong performance marketing focus with decisions based on CAC and LTV:CAC rather than brand metrics.
  • Ability to manage campaigns across multiple audiences, markets, geographies, and service categories with different unit economics.
  • Experience designing structured experiments with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and kill criteria.
  • Comfort working in a two-sided marketplace with separate acquisition goals for customers and providers.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, cohort trends, and budget efficiency to make daily optimization decisions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, SEO, and sales.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and platform AI features like Advantage+, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $175,000 to $205,000.
  • Equity opportunity, with final terms TBD.
