Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure and end-to-end BI workflows for assigned business verticals, from raw data ingestion through final dashboards.
  • Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Audit existing reporting usage, identify discrepancies and redundancies, and build a roadmap to standardize dashboards and data sources.
  • Develop, standardize, and improve dashboards and reporting to support self-service analytics and better data adoption.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, CAC performance, and other full-funnel metrics.
  • Translate business context into analytical work by understanding how verticals make money and what drives performance.
  • Build trusted analytical outputs that are accurate, well-contextualized, and actually used by stakeholders.
  • Challenge teams with insights they are not currently seeing and recommend actions based on findings.
  • Work closely with business teams to improve data literacy and strengthen reporting practices over time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct exposure to performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working with unstructured, complex, messy data.
  • Advanced LookML development experience, or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline development through dashboard delivery.
  • Ability to trace data discrepancies to the source and validate findings before drawing conclusions.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand business context before analyzing data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with third-party data and extracting insights without relying on clean models.
  • Preferred mindset of a proactive analytical partner rather than only a dashboard builder.
