Description

  • Manage daily community engagement through Slack and respond promptly to member questions and discussions.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations and encourage active member participation.
  • Build relationships with members and facilitate peer-to-peer introductions and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct regular member check-ins, gather feedback, and address satisfaction concerns.
  • Identify disengaged members, implement re-engagement efforts, and help reduce churn.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person community events, including logistics, scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
  • Track engagement metrics, maintain accurate reports, and share recommendations to improve community health.
  • Manage satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve the member experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in community management, customer success, member success, relationship management, or other client-facing roles.
  • Experience coordinating member-facing events or online communities.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Neutral, U.S.-friendly accent.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours across ET–PT time zones.
  • Comfortable using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workspace.
  • Experience supporting entrepreneur communities, coaching programs, mastermind groups, or membership organizations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Typeform or other community engagement platforms (preferred).
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients (preferred).
  • Background in customer success, hospitality, event coordination, or networking communities (preferred).
