Description

  • Own WordPress VIP’s social strategy and execution across owned channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Decide where to expand the social presence next and how to do it effectively.
  • Manage editorial calendars, publishing cadence, content mix, platform testing, and social POV.
  • Map and engage priority B2B and public-sector communities where target audiences already participate.
  • Host AMAs and conversations in external forums while bringing insights back to the marketing team.
  • Run the employee advocacy program, including recruiting contributors and equipping them with content kits and prompts.
  • Conduct social and community listening and route insights to Sales, PMM, Brand, Product, and leadership.
  • Produce social-native content in partnership with design and video resources.
  • Build influencer, creator, podcaster, and newsletter partnerships that strengthen brand authority.
  • Own crisis and brand safety response on social media in coordination with PR/comms.
  • Manage event social coverage and improve the event playbook over time.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B social and community, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated experience owning LinkedIn at scale for a B2B brand.
  • Experience running an employee advocacy program with measurable reach and engagement.
  • Active participation in relevant communities such as Reddit, B2B Slack groups, or vertical forums.
  • Hands-on AI fluency, including daily use of AI agents and LLM tools.
  • Ability to build or implement lightweight AI workflows and show specific examples in interview.
  • Strong measurement mindset with a clear point of view on social and community metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • North America-based candidates only.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or technology is preferred.
