Description

  • Support the development of influencer campaign strategies by recommending talent, channels, and formats based on data-driven insights.
  • Act as the voice of the influencer by sharing feedback that improves the creator experience and campaign performance.
  • Build and execute influencer campaigns from brief creation and sourcing through contracting, product fulfillment, and reporting.
  • Manage influencer relationships during campaigns and provide the guidance and support needed to deliver quality content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reporting with insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Use internal project management tools to keep campaigns organized, documented, and measurable.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders about campaign progress, performance, and next steps.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align campaigns with client goals and platform capabilities.
  • Analyze campaign execution and recommend improvements to outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates and contribute to evolving team playbooks.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or client services.
  • Agency or high-growth SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a customer-facing role with professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for the creator economy, influencer innovation, and emerging social trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfort working with internal project management tools and campaign reporting workflows.
  • Experience contributing to or improving team processes and best practices is preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in one of Later’s hiring locations, including select fully remote opportunities.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $55,000–$62,000 USD plus bonus potential.
  • Market-based compensation with regular biannual reviews.
  • Eligibility for various benefits plans as part of total compensation.
  • Remote work available for select positions.
  • Work across offices in Boston, Vancouver (BC), Chicago, and Vancouver (WA) depending on location.
