Description

  • Improve existing ML-based products and build new features and services using LLMs.
  • Design context engineering workflows for LLM-based translation, including retrieval strategies, prompt structures, and input pipelines.
  • Productionize prototypes that demonstrate value in real-world use cases.
  • Stay current with LLM research and tools and bring relevant findings back to the team.
  • Construct, run, and evaluate experiments to measure performance and impact.
  • Contribute to software engineering efforts when needed, bridging ML and software engineering.
  • Collaborate daily with ML Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Full Stack Software Engineers.
  • Help advance agentic machine translation workflows that can reason, self-correct, and orchestrate multiple steps.
  • Support the deployment, monitoring, and iteration of LLM-based services in production.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in ML engineering, AI engineering, or software engineering with a strong ML focus.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt/context engineering, either professionally or through substantial personal projects.
  • Experience building production-grade systems in Python.
  • Experience constructing and evaluating experiments.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an approach grounded in hypotheses, baselines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Keen interest in the rapidly evolving LLM space and tooling.
  • Experience with other programming languages is a bonus.
  • Experience with context engineering, including retrieval, chunking, and prompt strategies for production LLM systems, is preferred.
  • Experience building agentic products or prototypes is preferred.
  • Experience training or fine-tuning ML models is preferred.
  • Experience with LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and iteration of LLM-based services, is preferred.
  • Experience building production-grade, scalable software systems is preferred.
