Description

  • Participate in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software applications.
  • Develop full-cycle software from design through release for internal systems, platforms, and applications.
  • Recommend innovative solutions and implementation approaches to technical problems.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Apply programming standards and techniques to maintain efficient logic and data handling.
  • Collaborate with team members across projects to support departmental and organizational roadmaps.
  • Plan, test, and execute software version upgrade releases.
  • Manage assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Experience working with a variety of third-party SDKs and APIs.
  • Proficiency in frontend development with JavaScript.
  • Experience building, customizing, or integrating features within contact center software platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud technology such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred.
  • Experience with React is preferred.
