Description

  • Serve as the administrator for key quality control processes.
  • Maintain and analyze department metrics and produce actionable reports.
  • Resolve client feedback and interpreter inquiries of varying complexity.
  • Collaborate on department projects and initiatives and lead assigned phases to completion by agreed deadlines.
  • Analyze interpretation quality standards and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Provide evaluator support for quality assessments and audit evaluator performance.
  • Liaise with other departments and contribute to interdepartmental projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Arabic, Spanish, ASL, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese is preferred, with high English proficiency.
  • Experience analyzing quality assurance processes and preparing reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Office administration and/or client service experience is preferred.
  • Interpreting experience of at least 6 months is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prepare for a role with greater oversight of QA processes and more exposure to external stakeholders.
