Description

  • Manage and mature IT security systems to identify, mitigate, and close cybersecurity risks.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Lead strategic IT projects that improve security, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee software, hardware, and infrastructure management.
  • Create, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, controls, and business rules.
  • Establish SLAs for user support and optimize support tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align IT with business goals.
  • Provide functional leadership on IT security, risk management, compliance, and team culture.
  • Support product ownership and effective operation of core applications.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing IT department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT operations leader or IT Security Manager.
  • Strong understanding of IT security systems and how to identify and close vulnerabilities.
  • Experience in both Microsoft and Google environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, risk management, compliance management, and audit processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage teams and projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A track record of improving workplaces beyond the basics.
  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of COBIT or ITIL preferred.
