Description

  • Lead and support the deployment of Oracle project controls systems for construction projects.
  • Gather requirements, identify business challenges, and recommend suitable system solutions.
  • Configure Oracle systems using industry-leading practices to improve project delivery.
  • Drive training, adoption, and stakeholder engagement for newly implemented systems.
  • Prepare simple, actionable reports for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Plan, prioritise, and own your workload with autonomy.
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and build strong working relationships.
  • Support sales and implementation activities for project controls systems.
  • Help develop internal processes, scalable best practices, tools, and technology.
  • Contribute to team and client development through coaching, education, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience deploying technology in the construction industry.
  • Experience planning in Primavera P6 is required.
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and/or Primavera Unifier is strongly preferred.
  • Good command of Oracle Aconex, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Fusion ERP is a valuable asset.
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to convey ideas clearly, lead meetings, and motivate teams.
  • Kind, empathetic active listening skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Proactive ownership mindset and ability to challenge thinking constructively.
  • Experience making projects and organisations better beyond basic execution.
  • Project management and data visualisation skills are a nice to have.
  • Charisma, influence, and presence to encourage construction teams to adopt new ways of working are a nice to have.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, or team development experience is a nice to have.
