Description

  • Own the project plan for one or more construction projects and ensure delivery aligns with it effectively.
  • Devise strategies and tactics to improve project delivery and translate them into logic-linked schedules.
  • Analyse project plans using planning software and use them to help teams prioritise work.
  • Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Develop scalable and repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions with the team.
  • Mitigate and manage delays commercially while maintaining project control.
  • Support and develop team members and help educate clients to improve project outcomes.
  • Capture lessons learned and document solutions for reuse in the company knowledge repository and future products.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience on construction projects.
  • Experience with project planning software and project planning principles.
  • Decent Excel skills and a strong interest in data.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • German language skills at native or professionally fluent level are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to lead yourself proactively and challenge others by asking the right questions.
  • Track record of improving projects or organisations beyond doing the basics.
  • Construction engineering background is required.
  • Willingness to work in hands-on, complex construction environments and collaborate closely with site teams and stakeholders.
