Description

  • Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities for customers and partners, collaborating with global Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams.
  • Participate in technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture discussions aligned to customer use cases.
  • Assist with proof-of-value engagements, pilots, and deployments, including configuration support and troubleshooting.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers during onboarding and early adoption phases.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback, identify technical gaps, and support continuous product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge assets.
  • Support partner and internal enablement through technical training and solution education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role within enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows endpoints, application performance, virtual desktops, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical environments and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work overlapping time zones to support global customers.
  • Based in India (role supports global customers from India).
