Description

  • Build and maintain custom WordPress themes using ACF flexible content blocks as a modular page builder architecture.
  • Perform routine updates to WordPress core, plugins, and themes across a portfolio of client sites.
  • Develop and QA landing pages for paid ad campaigns, including form functionality, tracking, and CRM connectivity.
  • Build and configure lead magnet tools such as Typeform quizzes, Perspective funnels, chatbots, and similar conversion assets.
  • Set up and manage integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms using webhooks, APIs, and automation tools like Zapier.
  • Implement pixels, conversion tracking, and UTM structures in coordination with the performance marketing team.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma comps into clean, responsive WordPress builds.
  • Support and optimize client sites built on page builders such as Gutenberg, Elementor, and Divi.
  • Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues across client sites.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development workflows while maintaining code quality and manual oversight.

Requirements

  • 3+ years building custom WordPress themes with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) flexible content blocks.
  • 3+ years working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of popular WordPress page builders such as Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI as a development tool for speed and problem-solving.
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience.
  • Comfortable working in Figma and Adobe products, including XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Developer-first mindset with a marketing support orientation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client projects.
  • Proactive problem solver who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates.
  • Laravel experience is desired.
  • Google Tag Manager experience is desired.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM/marketing platforms is desired.
  • Experience with Unbounce or ClickFunnels is desired.
  • Copywriting ability is desired.
  • Basic design skills are desired.
