Description

  • Collaborate with the CEO and other Talent Acquisition Managers to define job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S. candidates, managing the process from job posting through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using social media, networking, and traditional recruiting channels to attract high-quality candidates for Lago’s partners.
  • Create and maintain compelling job descriptions and manage job postings.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding logistics with hiring teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and apply them to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar recruiting role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting for U.S. candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques (social media, networking, traditional channels).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
  • Experience with Rippling’s ATS (preferred).
