Description

  • Deliver approximately 100 comprehensive, customized 35-slide brand audits annually that translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze internal brand data including Amazon business reports, advertising data (sponsored products/brands/display), API feeds, and third-party tool outputs.
  • Identify performance gaps across revenue growth trends, traffic and conversion, catalog structure, inventory efficiency, advertising efficiency (ACOS, TACOS, contribution margin), and competitive positioning.
  • Develop actionable recommendations focused on growth levers, storefront optimization, advertising strategy, pricing profitability, and brand positioning on Amazon.
  • Populate and customize a structured audit framework for each prospective client while maintaining process efficiency and repeatability.
  • Continuously improve and refine the audit model and overall framework to build a best-in-class, repeatable process.
  • Build scalable processes and identify automation opportunities (dashboards, data pipelines, templates) to support high-volume delivery.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Strategy teams to align audit insights with pitch strategy and support pre-sales discussions.
  • Translate audit findings into compelling, executive-level growth narratives and support revenue operations initiatives with data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace analytics, e-commerce strategy, Revenue Operations, or growth/performance marketing analytics.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, the Amazon advertising ecosystem, and storefront optimization.
  • Experience with contribution margin and P&L modeling.
  • Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Sheets required; SQL preferred.
  • Experience working with APIs or large datasets and familiarity with data workflows/automation.
  • Experience building a performance scorecard or audit framework and working in high-volume, process-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-level storytelling and compelling growth narratives.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams.
  • Full-time availability aligned with US EST business hours (9AM–5PM EST) and ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
