Description

  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across a diverse client base.
  • Manage 25+ ad accounts while maintaining optimal account structure and performance.
  • Create ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection, for paid campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign reports, results, and strategy updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to align on goals, audiences, budgets, and campaign direction.
  • Ensure ad quality assurance, including targeting accuracy and correct landing page links.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager.
  • Define and set up custom conversions and build custom audiences from pixel data.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, development, and creative teams to support campaigns and pixel implementation.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of agency experience managing 20+ accounts.
  • 3-4 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • 3-4 years of copywriting and creative ad creation experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Facebook advertising campaign management.
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager for multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in tracking setups, web campaign traffic analysis, and audience engagement metrics.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience running video ads.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels such as Google Ads is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asana or similar project management software is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva for creative development is preferred.
  • Media buying, planning, and creative strategy experience on Meta platforms is preferred.
