Description

  • Consult inbound leads and help clients choose courses aligned with their goals.
  • Develop relationships with the existing customer base and offer relevant products.
  • Learn and understand course topics across business, marketing, finance, design, IT, ML, and AI.
  • Maintain the HubSpot CRM and keep customer information updated on time.
  • Communicate with clients via messengers and email.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance and record-setting results.
  • Work with a large volume of leads and calls as part of the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Confidence using SPIN selling or other sales techniques.
  • Experience handling objections and guiding clients to a decision.
  • Experience working with a large volume of leads and calls.
  • Ability to organize work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Accountability for results and achievement of plans/KPIs.
  • Experience in EdTech is a plus.
