Description

  • Organize the development team by planning sprints and distributing tasks across Middle/Junior developers and an analyst.
  • Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical retrospectives.
  • Mentor and onboard new team members and lead internal training sessions.
  • Build and maintain backlog management processes in Planner.
  • Create technical documentation and development standards, including naming conventions, solution structure, and error-handling patterns.
  • Design low-code enterprise architectures on Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Build environment strategy, ALM, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure services.
  • Develop the FIXIT corporate chatbot in Copilot Studio with generative orchestration and Knowledge Base integration.
  • Implement AI Builder solutions and evaluate/pilot Microsoft Foundry tools.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders across B2B, IT, HR, Compliance, and PR.
  • Decompose requirements into User Stories and Tasks with acceptance criteria and effort estimates.
  • Prepare technical specifications and Solution Design Documents.
  • Develop a 3-year roadmap for the Power Platform direction and define team KPIs.
  • Prepare regular status reporting for leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), including Power Fx, responsive design, and component libraries.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows, including complex automations and error handling.
  • Experience with Dataverse data modeling, security roles, business rules, and calculated/rollup fields.
  • Experience integrating solutions via REST API, Microsoft Graph API, and Custom Connectors.
  • Experience with CI/CD and ALM using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines, including managed solutions.
  • Experience writing SQL queries for Dataverse and SQL Server.
  • Proven technical leadership experience, including code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentorship.
  • Experience mentoring Middle/Junior developers and onboarding new team members.
  • Experience planning sprints, managing backlogs, and controlling quality and delivery timelines.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and breaking them down into User Stories/Tasks with acceptance criteria.
  • Experience creating technical specifications and Solution Design Documents.
  • Higher education in IT, computer science, or a related field.
  • PL-400 Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, or willingness to obtain it within 6 months.
  • Ukrainian fluency is required.
  • English level B1+ for reading documentation and communicating with vendors.
  • Experience building development processes from scratch or transforming existing ones is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum with distributed teams is a plus.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews is a plus.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Microsoft Foundry, Power Pages, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, PowerShell, Azure OpenAI, prompt design, RAG, or multi-agent architecture is a plus.
  • PL-600, PL-200, or PL-300 certifications are a plus.
