Description

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, and access permissions.
  • Support Microsoft Intune, including policies, profiles, application protection, software deployment, and device enrollment.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, and RBAC.
  • Support Azure infrastructure and compute resources such as Virtual Machines, networking, backup, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
  • Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource planning for Azure services.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
  • Analyze incidents, work with audit logs, and coordinate with Microsoft Support.
  • Document solutions and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure in an enterprise environment.
  • Practical experience with Azure Virtual Machines, networking, backup, and monitoring.
  • Strong PowerShell skills for automation and reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  • English proficiency at B1+/B2 level or higher.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Hybrid Exchange, Active Directory, Entra Connect, ADFS, PKI, Azure DevOps, or Terraform is a plus.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise Microsoft 365 environments is a plus.
