Description

  • Act as a product designer within a cross-functional full-stack product team and contribute to shared outcomes and KPIs.
  • Lead discovery from problem framing and task clarification through hypothesis building, concept development, validation, and delivery.
  • Translate complex service, device management, connectivity, billing, and operational processes into scalable UX solutions.
  • Design interfaces for dashboards, device lists, device details, traffic usage reports, service status monitoring, subscription management, billing, payments, and support workflows.
  • Create UX flows that help business customers understand device status, traffic usage, speed, and associated costs.
  • Design experiences for adding devices, connecting them to services or equipment, managing plans, changing subscriptions, and tracking request status.
  • Build reusable, flexible product patterns that scale across companies, industries, fleet sizes, service models, and operational scenarios.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and workflow analysis to uncover needs, constraints, and friction points.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to align on technical constraints, implementation logic, APIs, data availability, frontend limitations, and system dependencies.
  • Prepare clear design documentation, provide design QA during implementation, and use analytics and feedback to improve usability and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, B2B2C, telecom, connectivity services, IoT, network management, billing platforms, CRM, support tools, or complex operational products is preferred.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous problems, frame tasks, identify constraints, and shape product direction before UI execution.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to design for roles, workflows, scenarios, permissions, configurations, devices, subscriptions, usage data, service states, billing rules, and business logic.
  • Ability to move from a specific client request to a scalable solution and translate it into a concrete interface.
  • Experience designing complex interfaces such as admin panels, dashboards, tables, multi-step flows, configuration interfaces, role-based experiences, analytics views, billing flows, or workflow-heavy products.
  • Understanding of B2B/SaaS product contexts and the needs of different companies, teams, roles, and business processes.
  • Ability to design clear data-heavy interfaces for statuses, metrics, traffic, speed indicators, billing periods, payment amounts, service limits, alerts, and operational events.
  • Solid understanding of frontend development concepts, including responsive layouts, components, states, and modern web interface logic; basic HTML/CSS knowledge such as flexbox is a plus.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, product analytics, and feedback synthesis.
  • Strong ability to explain, defend, and compare design decisions and their consequences.
  • Hands-on experience using and extending design systems, with familiarity in structured design systems and Figma libraries.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams, and ability to communicate clearly in Ukrainian and English.
