Description

  • Manage the relationship with client counterparts such as product owners and business owners.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technology development issues and customer escalations within a specific domain or product area.
  • Act as the knowledge base for how Kraken works and how Kraken Platform delivery is executed.
  • Triaging incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
  • Summarize and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to support ongoing platform development.
  • Support the engineering team in delivering product features and resolving domain-specific issues.
  • Challenge clients to adopt Kraken’s continuous iteration and deployment approach.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to translate client needs into development requests.
  • Help clients adapt their ways of working to align with Kraken’s development style.
  • Contribute hands-on to solving problems across client projects as an individual contributor.

Requirements

  • Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience in product management and customer journeys.
  • Solid understanding of technology and associated trends.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
  • Experience working with complex delivery pipelines for clients.
  • Patience and initiative to support long-running transformation programs.
  • Time management skills and a get-stuff-done attitude.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required; other European languages are also relevant.
  • Previous experience in the electricity or utilities market in Spain or another European country is a strong nice to have.
