Description

  • Learn client environments and the technologies used within them.
  • Support cloud and on-premise systems used in the legal industry, including Microsoft, Mimecast, and NetDocuments solutions.
  • Work with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco.
  • Handle assigned or scheduled support tickets under the direction of the on-duty dispatcher.
  • Incorporate Kraft Kennedy’s C.L.I.E.N.T. service approach into daily work.
  • Collaborate closely with co-workers, senior technical staff, and other support staff in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior in college.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology and a related college major.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with strong follow-up skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred.
  • Some experience with networking hardware and networking basics is preferred.
  • Must live in one of the approved remote work locations: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, DC, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Washington.
  • Ability to work one of the specified part-time schedules: Thursday through Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm or Sunday through Tuesday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
