Description

  • Learn client environments and the technologies used within them.
  • Support environments that use cloud and on-premise tools common in the legal industry, including Microsoft, Mimecast, and NetDocuments solutions.
  • Work with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Cisco.
  • Handle tickets assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher.
  • Apply Kraft Kennedy's C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars—Communicative, Listener, Initiative, Empathic, Nimble, and Tenacious—in daily work.
  • Collaborate closely with co-workers, senior technical staff, and other support staff in a highly active team environment.

Requirements

  • Rising sophomore or junior in college.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology and a related college major.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with strong follow-up.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred.
  • Some experience with networking hardware and basic networking concepts is preferred.
  • Must live in Kentucky, Georgia, the Houston, Texas area, Tennessee, Ohio, South Carolina, Illinois, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania to be considered for this remote role.
  • Available for one of the offered part-time schedules: Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm (29 total hours) or Monday-Thursday, 11am-7pm (28 total hours).

Benefits
