Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex React-based web applications.
  • Architect scalable, reusable frontend solutions and component libraries.
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
  • Lead API integration strategies and manage complex application state.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and application reliability.
  • Drive code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and support team skill growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
  • Identify and implement improvements in frontend architecture and development workflows.
  • Use AI tools to improve development speed, quality, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with React.js and a deep understanding of core concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and scalable code structuring.
  • Experience with state management patterns and tools such as Zustand, Redux, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI libraries such as Mantine, Material UI, or Ant Design.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization, lazy loading, and rendering strategies.
  • Experience designing frontend architecture and reusable component systems.
  • Solid understanding of API design patterns and integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Figma MCP for productivity.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
