Description

Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Evaluate adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards across healthcare organizations.
Manage multiple client engagements and project deliverables simultaneously.
Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare clients to support successful project execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, consultative support.
Prepare and present audit results, risk assessments, and recommendations to clinical, operational, and executive leadership.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Communicate effectively through clear reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related concentration.
Relevant license or certification such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
2-3 years of acute care experience preferred.
Experience working with electronic medical records such as Cerner, EPIC, or similar.
Experience with regulatory standards compliance in a healthcare quality department or risk management role, or performing quality self-audits at the department level.
Familiarity with clinical practice fundamentals, including patient placement, patient assessments, treatment, care planning, scope of practice, infection prevention, patient safety, patient rights, and patient experience.
Up to 50% travel required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
