Description

  • Manage and complete 5-10 home renovation projects per month according to established timelines.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management for residential construction jobs.
  • Bidding out jobs and coordinating permitting work.
  • Recruit contractors and manage contracts for trades and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project timelines and respond to inspections.
  • Work across multiple job sites throughout the greater DMV area and deliver equipment when needed.
  • Conduct final home inspections and document completed work with detailed property photos.
  • Identify ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations, or insurance restoration.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Must live in Maryland, Washington, DC, or Virginia.
  • Ability to travel to and work from different job sites across the greater DMV area.
