Description

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls while meeting client service obligations.
  • Become knowledgeable about client loyalty program guidelines, products, services, and updates.
  • Deliver professional, customer-centric support and create positive customer experiences on every interaction.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, de-escalate calls when needed, and work toward timely resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues promptly according to established procedures.
  • Use internal systems, tools, and resources efficiently to support customers.
  • Follow company policies, workflows, and client-specific procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer interactions and support continuous service enhancement.
  • Meet key performance goals related to customer satisfaction and call quality.
  • Collaborate with team leaders, coaches, and peers to stay aligned and supported.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Completion of a 6-week remote training program with full attendance and engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consistently professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts as needed, including weekend availability.
  • Must reside full-time in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Texas.
  • Adequate work-from-home or quiet office setup with a strong/high-speed internet connection.
