Description

  • Lead loyalty consulting, strategy, and program design for clients.
  • Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty, retention, and engagement programs aligned to business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic client roadmaps and deliver recommendations.
  • Synthesize research and data analysis into insights, briefs, and playbooks for client execution.
  • Develop hypothesis-based learning agendas to support test-and-learn activities.
  • Communicate data-backed points of view and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor market research, industry trends, and best practices to provide thought leadership.
  • Publish internal and external point-of-view content, case studies, and frameworks.
  • Oversee scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
  • Prior loyalty marketing experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in loyalty, engagement, or CRM consulting in B2C and/or B2B environments.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and evolving loyalty programs.
  • Experience across at least two verticals, such as financial services, travel, entertainment, telecom, or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty and marketing best practices, including rewards earn and redemption, liability management, CRM, digital marketing, and CX.
  • Experience in digital marketing, personalization, omni-channel communication planning, and lifecycle campaign activation.
  • Category knowledge in retail is ideal, with additional experience in retail, consumer products, financial services, or travel and hospitality preferred.
  • Experience with global loyalty programs using programmatic and non-programmatic approaches is preferred.
  • Cobrand, multi-brand, and/or paid program experience is preferred.
