Description

  • Manage the sales cycle with veterinary practices from lead generation and cold outreach through demos, clinic close, and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and address customer pain points related to Koala Health’s service.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Service, and leadership teams to improve the partner experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends and the evolving needs of the animal health community.
  • Provide a best-in-class experience for prospects through proactive communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Create positive partner interactions that contribute to a delightful overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience or B2B sales experience is required.
  • Experience in the animal health industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in veterinary or pet care settings is required.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required.
  • Interest in animals is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a learning-oriented, mission-driven environment is expected.
